After purchasing tickets from computicket and having to pay R15 per person extra (x 5 people) I get to the expo only to be til by a rule woman to go to the back of the queue! I am far from impressed then there is only one person dealing with pre booked AND collected tickets! It ruine my entire experience! I had a small child to manage too so what the is the point I offering computicket options when you get treated like everyone else! And then rip you off by making us pay extra for worse service! This is the last show I attend!
