Ive been a client of multichoice/DSTV for about 15 years..., and then,
1st they over charge me, 2nd, they "cant" refund me the excess, 3rd they rundown the account, only to cut me off without notice, 4th since they cut me off, the one TV Extra View doesn't work, 5th i spent 3, 5 hours on the phone to them - during my time at home - still no result, 6th they promise to call me - 4 times, 4 times i have received no call.
The approach and mentality in this organisation is down right terrible. its a call centre, not a service centre. they waste their clients time and money in a Farce/Front of service.
If there was a alternative - i'd move.
