Sterkinikor PATHETIC service on refunds

I'm a vitality card for the movies. After paying full price to go and watch a movie because there was a there was a restriction on my card... it has taken two months for my refund to be paid into my account, can you believe it. Apparently they had the incorrect card number but after asking them to trace my calls they found out that i did indeed give the correct card number. It has been a week since they have said that they have done the refund into the correct account but still nothing is showing in my account. i even went to the extreme of sending sterkinikor a screen dump of my Internet banking showing NO refund & that was not even good enough for them & was told to phone my banker to see if there was anything pending, did that & my bank confirmed that there was NO REFUND made from sterkinikor which i then requested a statement to be emailed to me, which i then sent onto Sterkinikor... lets see what excuse they come up with now again.
