I think the prices you pay at the kiosks for the snacks are really ridiculous considering the service you get. everytime for the last couple of visits something that I wanted was out of stock e.g. small size popcorn boxes, so you have to order kids size or medium. Fanta and Cream soda flavours etc or you get flat sodas as the gas is finished.
They only have 2 cashiers working causing half the people in the que to be late for the movie. You have to repeat your order 3 time and then they still get it wrong. They have a comments/complaints station at the cinema which I've used but it doesn't seem to help improve things.
I've also requested to pre-order some snacks (10 Combos) for my daughters birthday this weekend in order to save time and speed up things for everybody concerned. The answer was NO, no reason, no trying to be helpful, no going the extra mile. No customer service.
