I have paid my subscription in advance for the year up until December 2013.
My decision was based on having the Series Channel. Now the channel has been taken away from us and the package that I am on has been in my opinion reduced in value.
I am taking this matter to the CONSUMER PROTECTION BOARD and need a reference for my complaint.
I feel that DSTV / Multichoice is in breach of contract in providing me for the service that I have paid for.
Please forward me a reference for this complaint.
