Serie channel not available

I did get DSTV Extra due to serie channel available to me. Now my favourite serie programs (Bunheads, Warehouse 13, Once upon time etc.. is not available. I think this is false advertising bringing people to get DSTV extra and then changing the channels so that we worse off.

Please correct.
