I was shocked to have learnt that buying a PVR decoder is not enough to enjoy the capabilities it has but you have to pay extra. It is expensive enough to buy the decoder and now they only reveal to you after buying it that you need to pay to use it. This is totally unacceptable. If I have known before I would not buy it.
