Unfair treatment

On saturday we took PVR decoder for repairs at the multichoice outlet, the guy who assisted us told us that the decoder has lost its memory and ther is nothing that can be done besides giving us another decoder, he didnt say anything about the repairs charges he just told us to go home and everything is fine and nothing has changed so we dont need to do anything..when we got home we reaslised that we cant access xtraview, we cant rewind, pause or record and that has costed us lots of money becuase we had to make numeruos calls to your call center which you had to hold for more than 5 min... after those call we couldnt get help in accessing extra view up unti yesterday

what makes maters worse is that yesterday (30/06/2013 @ 20:30) we received sms that we must pay a balance before midnight otherwise we will be disconnected... not that we dispute the fee bt why did you guys had to wait up untill late sunday to inform us? is ther any bank that is open around that time? you dnt u capacitate your frontline staff with the skills to inform customers about every little detail? are you treating us like this becuase you know you dont have strong competitor?
