I am frustrated with the Parrot responses and lack of service from DSTV representatives. A fraudently account was opened using my ID number in 2000, I had to run through the gauntlet of going to the Police station to do an affidavit explaining that I had never opened this account and had to fax sample signatures through to DSTV.

I then received feedback from DSTV at the time that this was investigated and was confirmed and that everything will be cancelled/closed off and my ID number will be removed.

Now in 2013 when I actually want to get DSTV services for the first time in my natural life, this fraudently account pops its head and I am being told that I will need to go back to the police station and do the whole 9 yards again.

Read and Listen to what I am saying, I DID THIS 13 YEARS AGO!
I have a case number via email = 3224337, I spoke to Nandipha who put the phone down on me (she should be removed from the employment of Multichoice), I then spoke to Thepiso who put me through to Yolanda Mdakane who is a supervisor and has promised to get back, I just want this account removed against my name so that I can apply for services.
