I placed an order for Gift bags from Jolly Jokers. Suzette provided me with a quote, I paid the amount due. She then informed me (only after I queried) that did she not have stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks. I told her to refund me as my party was the following week. She agreed. I have since sent her several emails asking for my refund, she keeps giving me stupid excuses (she forgot, the accounts lady, she only does refunds on the 30th of each month etc). Plain & simple she is a. She owes me R462. Her online business is not ethical & people should refrain from doing business with her.
