I have had the horrendeous service from Multichoice. It is a pity that there is no strong competitor in this country giving Multichoice to have monopoly. The service is terrible and no customer service at all. Past two months Phumele Nxansi messed my account Ive had with Mutlichoce for years, all in good state, all it took was one call and my account was a mess! Thanks to Nathi Makhubo who at least asssisted me. Suprvisor intervention, Kabelo Mojalifa as equally insensitive as well. I just cannot believe the frustration that this company has brough to me and I do not have a choice to change to another! GRRR
