IM SO FURIOUS I CAN EVEN KNOCK MYSELF AGAINST THE WALL. MULTICHOICE CALL CENTRE IS JUST SO PATHETIC YOU MUST BE SURE OF R120 WORTH OF AIRTIME IF YOU ARE NOT CALLING FROM THE LAND LINE.
I WENT TO SUNNYPARK BRANCH MONDAY 01/07 TO SIGN UP FOR A DSTV WHICH I ALREADY HAVE BUT HAD PROBLEMS. AND THEY PROMISE TO INSTALL THE FOLLOWING DAY NO TIME SPECIFIED MEANING YOU DO NOT HAVE LIFE YOU MUST STAY HOME. WHICH THEY CAME AT 1 EVEN PERSON SENT WAS RUDE ASKING ME TO MAKE IT QUICK BCOZ I WENT TO DO FEW THINGS NEARBY.
NOW AS U SIGN THAT 599 THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN UP TO CERTAIN METERS. NOW WHEN THEY ARRIVE THEY FOUND OUT ITS MORE THAN WHAT THEY OFFER SO AN ADDITIONAL R150 MUST BE PAID BEFORE.
I WENT TO PAY YESTERDAY THE 02/07... UP UNTIL NOW NO ONE CAME TO INSTALL THE DISH WHEREAS A PERSON HAS BEEN INDOORS FOR MULTICHOICE PEOPLE. I CALL SUNNYPARK AT 1 TO ENQUIRE. AGENT TOLD ME SHE WILL CALL THE HEAD OFFICE AND SMS ME THE RESPONSE TILL NOW.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE AND THE GOOD SERVICE SO MEANING THEY WILL PITCH WHENEVER... A WE NOT WORKING FOR WAITING FOR THESE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME.
I AM SO SO AFTER 750 PLUS THE 275 THAT I PAID NOW ITS BEEN USED BY THE WALL.
