Hi. Can someone from Ster-Kinekor please tell me why it's so difficult to fix a simple problem? I spoke to Elsabe (two weeks ago) and Gift (Yesterday-Management Cape Gate) and received a letter from Tanya after running to HelloPeter two weeks ago with this very same issue. "It will be reported to Branch Management" was said. BULL man! Two weeks ago I wrote a letter to complain about the same thing and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! It was hot and stuffy. Many people complained in the cinema about the bad smell, stale and lack of fresh air. I would love to speak to top management. Can someone that has authority please call me next time around? Until then Ster-Kinekor won't see me again! Should I maybe leave a comment on Ster-Kinekor's facebook page?! Gift, if I ask you next time if the aircon is working, don't tell me 'yes, in 5 min'. Tell me it's not working so I can leave and get my money back., this place is gonna give me a heart attack!
