I was a couple of days late with payment ad then got disconnected. I then paid my installment, but obviously they don't just reconnect you. You have to call them and then if you are lucky and get through after being put on hold for forever and answering a bunch of unnecessary questions you may get the problem solved. I was not lucky and as numerous times before I wasted my airtime. I understand that there is thousands of people calling them every hour to complain about the way TOP TV is ripping them off, but that's not my fault. I just want to watch the few decent channels I like in between all the other I paid for.
