MY SERVICE IS WORKING FINE! All my HD channels PVR Extra View Box Office is working just fine. Now you feel the need to do upgrades (which I don't need/want) and I have to pay the guy that comes out! First of all, why would I need to pay for something that I do not need or want? I did the channel 425 thing and got the error code, thanks! But I don't have problems with my setup at the moment. After you making changes on YOUR end, then thereafter my service won't be working, once again thanks! I would just like to know how is this fair? Forcing me to pay for something that I don't want and don't need at the moment. I rang your call centre and dealt with Andile and then his supervisor Xlolile who is very good at explaining why Multichoice will not pay. Is this not a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act? And I quote: "Consumers have the right to pre-authorise or refuse any additional repairs or maintenance services" - so therefore, please do not carry out maintenance/upgrades to my service.
