The new system that Carnival City implement in the casino is not working. Yesterday my husband was playing on a slotmashine and the opend at its own when the attendent come too close the door the new system did not want too put the money what he had on the mashine on too his card. A couple of people around him also had problems. As soon as they want too take there cards out of the slots they cant get it out. My husband had too wait 2 houers too get the money on his card. I also had a problem. I was playing in the smoking area and a took my card out of the mashine i was play too cash the money out that was on my card. So when when i got too auto cashier mashine there was only 2 cent on my card. I had too stand in a que the get the money on my card. They got too litle people too help there patrons.
