Poor Service and Dishonesty

I bought the training material from Margeret April 2012 for First Aider level 1& 2 and SHE Representative for accreditation. i paid Margeret all the money she wanted as per our agreement, She with the other lady who used to work for her helped me to sent the material to HWSETA for evaluation after payment was made to Margeret personal account in ABSA not in the business account. The training material was disapproved from HWSETA and Margeret is no where to be found. She doesn't respond to my emails all her numbers are ever on voice-mail and the other one is being used by another person. I am really depressed by this since she need to correct the findings on the learning material that i paid for from her. The other lady who used to work for her is no more working for her. I will be pleased if she (Margeret) can correct this as i paid and this was not a charity work. I wish to warn other people to be very vigilant when getting into simillar transection/ agreements.
