I went to book tickets for FF6 at 3 in the afternoon, and arrived at 20:05 to watch the movie which is scheduled to start at 20:20, only to find a long line at the shop to buy pop corn and cooldrinks for the show. Sad thing was, that there were six till points and only to were operating which caused this long line to develop. I call for the manager and asked why the other POS were not being used as the time was getting close for the movie to start and we were definately not gonna make it in time if he did not do something about it. He replied saying there was nothing he could do as POS is controlled from head office as to how many of them are operated. So now i want to know whats going to be done about the fact that I missed about 10 mins of my movie because head office decided that Im not as important as their patrons that frequent Cavendish, Cape gate, Kenilworth and Blue Route cinemas. I have used some of them before and the service is way better that what you get at the promenade. I think i should spend my money where i get the service rather.
