Last year april I called multichoice to cancel my dual view, delink a decoder and cancel the actual account. i had a debit order running for my subscription so this collected as per normal from my personal account. 2weeks ago i did an application with a financial institution which required an itc check and on my itc report it shows a default of R191 from multichoice. I called them to enquire about this they confirmed that they do have a record of my call cancelling the service and it seems like their system activated the setvice back on, mind u that this decoder i no longer use. they promised to get back to me within 2days its now been 2weeks!!! this us soo ridiculous now my life must be on a standstill because of their system errors??? as if that is not enough I must keep calling them looking for feedback on their error. PATHETIC!!!
