It is now 24 hours since I did an eft to pay my top tv fee and it is still not working. I phoned the top tv call centre last night, which is an onerous task just trying to get through, and informed Cleo that I had just paid my account. Cleo refused to reactivte my signal as she said I did not forward proof of payment.
the financial stress that top tv is under one would expect them to be more customer friendly. Do you really think that I am going to one or two days viewing. i regret having paid my account and can assure you that they have now lost a customer.
funny enough top tv owes their suppliers MILLIONS.
