WHEN TOP TV FIRST CAME INTO THE MARKET EVERYTHING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & SERVICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. ARE WE NOW HAVING TO DEAL WITH A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COMPANY? YOUR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS NOW PATHETIC. YOUR CALL CENTRE STAFF HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS. LAST NITE I CALLED BECAUSE I WAS DISCONNECTED (THIS WAS AN OVERSIGHT) ON MY PART. I PAID IN CASH AT THE BANK, FAXED & EMAILED MY PROOF OF PAYMENT WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN RECEIVED YOUR LADY PUT ME ON HOLD TO QUERY THIS AFTER WAITING FOR 15 MINS - I WAS CALLING FROM MY CELLPHONE I CUT THE CALL AS SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO ME. iT IS NOW 10 AM AND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. YOU ARE EITHER CUTTING ON YOUR STAFF AND THEY CANNOT COPE (WORK ON A GO SLOW) MOTION AS BREAKS ARE ALWAYS TAKEN TIMEOUSLY OR ARE VERY VERY INCOMPETENT. i HAVE TWO DECODERS WITH YOU AND ALSO HAVE DSTV. I FINALLY REALISED THAT I WAS COMPARING CHALK AGAINST CHEESE. I HAVE ONE DECODER FOR MY MUM WHO IS 80 YEARS OLD AND PASSES HER DAY WITH HER PROGRAMMES - VERY DISSAPPOINTED WILL NOW BE CHANGING MY MUM TO DSTV - SO HER VIEWING IS NOT DISRUPTED
