I am a commercial DSTV account holder. I have been trying to get through to them via telephone on 011 289 2289. I live in Cape Town and using my own prepaid telephone. I called four times last week and today I started phoning from 08:00 this morning till now 12:17 and keep being put on hold by an automated system more than 10 minutes each time.
Thus far I spent R120 just being put on hold as my matter is somewhat urgent. I tried all the options still the same response. I need to close this account and its already 5 days after the end of month. I am very frustrated and irritated with the level of service.
Could you please assist.
