I made a withdrawal on 22/04/2013 and was adviced that it takes 3-5 working days. The maximum 5 working days have passed and they keep telling me different stories that I must send my bank statement. After sending the bank statement they tell me they don't allow internet banking statements. What an unpleasant service that I got from Sportingbet, no one takes this matter serious. They blame the bank but they can't provide me with proof of payment that the payment was made from their side.
I would advice anyone that wants to place bets online to STAY AWAY from Sportingbet, you will have problems receiving it as I have not received the funds yet.
