So I entrust Rawson to sell my property at the end of December 2012 (which is vacant), I even give them the keys to the premises. I hear nothing for months about how the sale is going, I see it listed o the Internet but no boards up when I drive by. I get an email from an unknown gentlemen to advise the agent that was handling the property has since left and he has now been assigned to it (keep in mind it is vacant and I am bleeding money). I literally force him into doing a show day (as thus far 4 months down the line no show day has happened). I have not had one curiousy call or email on what is happening with the sale until today when I get one implying that because I am appointing another agent with the same selling price that I am being dishonest. No feedback and the first feedback is accusing your client of being dishonest because hey have gotten tired of bleeding money?
