I moved out of a flat i was leasing from Johan Latsky properties on the 1st day of March 2013, i was told my deposit (as per my contract with them) would be paid back on the first of the following month. On the first of the following month (April) i called to confirm that the deposit was to be paid back i was told the lady that deals with the accounts would pay it back by the 8th as she was on holiday. It is now the 10th of the month and i went to their offices and to my annoyance, the money has still not been paid over. I was politely told "everyone needs a holiday" and "you just need to be patient". Well to with that, its not my fault you are incapable of doing such a medial job. And for sake of interest, i haven't been on holiday in 4 years.
I will gladly advise anyone interested in dealing with Johan Latsky Properties to rather look elsewhere as these people range from incompetent to above average stupid!!!
