Protruding rocks in my yard

I moved into my new house in Devland Ext.32 in July 2012 but there were dangerously sharp rocks protruding from the ground. I spoke with a Maduna and Watson about same from the time of occupation up to December 2012 and they have been promising to bring a TLB (tractor) to remove them or drill some holes into the rocks then put some chemicals to dissolve them, I'm still waiting. I was supposed to have paved my yard in August 2012 but because their ungreatful and uncarring nature I could not but most importantly this has posed a serious danger not only family but to my dog as well to a point where it broke its leg while running around in my yard.
