I went to the Parts department at Lazarus Ford and while I was waiting to the quotation - I went to see Tony for advice. I received such wonderful reception from Tony who immediately came out to check my car. While he was checking the engine, he noticed a loose wire. Immediately called VJ from the service department that confirmed that the wire should not be loose and proceeded to fix it. Being a women on my own, I really appreciated both VJ and Tony's help. Thank you Tony and VJ for a wonderful experience and your friendliness, much appreciated.
