I bought my Zodiac pool cleaner on 16/10/2010. From the word go, i was having problems with both the hoses, and the actual unit. I had to replace all hoses supplied in less then 2 months. Luckily i bought Kreepy Krauly pipes, to replace this rubbish, because they still work, 2 years later. it just shows you the rubbish Zodiac has got. further more, i called Zodiac 3 times and visited there wharehouse in Midrand, and still after all that i am having problems. they simply do a quick fix, which never last for more than 3 months, and hope that the unit runs out of warranty so that it is no longer their problem. i have written an email to Ruben van der Westhuizen, as i was not allowed to speak to him, and at no surprice, i am not getting a response. i have asked on my last visit to the wharehouse for my money to be returned, but they refused.
This is a warning to the public to stay away, you will be waisting your money on this product, with endless trouble getting your money back.
