I would like to complain about the poor service and lack of communication from Metro Developers. I signed with them to build a 2 bedroom house in Crystal Park in October 2011 and was promised a turn around time of 6 months (9 months at the absolute worst). It is now a year and a half in and the house is still not completed. Further more i do not get any feedback from the developer unless i phone them myself.
I spoke to the person in charge (Mike) beginning of February 2013 and he assured me that the place would be complete by end of February and in the interim i could give notice where i am currently renting. It is now beginning of March and i am staying in a B&B and all my stuff is in storage. This is completely unacceptable!
