Misrepresentation and Bad Service from Tralaga

When I rented my current Flat in Kenhar Court from Traflgar, it was advertised with DSTV. When I did the inspection, the agent told me that if the DSTV didnt work, I should let them know.

I tested it a few days later and it didnt work. I informed Trafalgar and heard nothing from them. After countless unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls, I had had enough. They then tried to tell me that if it was broken, it was my responsibility to repair. I argued the point with them and they agreed that it was not my responsibility. Then the lack of response continued. Eventually after 3 MONTHS, they logged the request to have it repaired.

The biggest surprised was that when the repair man eventually arrived, he noted the the cables in the flat were not connected to a dish but were just lying in the roof and had been for a while (judging by the rust).

I have now wasted 3 months subscription fees for a service I was told was there but was not. This is a lot of money that I have lost because Trafalgar falsely advertised the flat.

I have been told they are waiting on a quote to have a dish installed but that means more wasted money for and does not account for my lost money up to now.
