This is a complaint on some random administrator at Earth Zone properties. She has no telephone ethic and doesn't even know how to draft a proper email to a client/customer. She retaliates and is arrogant. Unfortunately she makes the Agency Earth Zone look very bad. I dealt with the agent Megen and up till this point she has been very accurate and give understandable information. But whenever i need to get in touch with this koketso character i experience issues. I need to get my deposit from this agency tomorrow, and i hope its accurate because this koketso comes up with figures that doesn't make sense to me and when i requested that she sends me clearer info, she get hyper and her attitude goes through the roof. I demand an apology, she cant speak to clients like that and play with peoples money.
