Breach of Contract because cleint aint South Afric

Went into the store to take an LED TV on Account, spoke to a consultant called Cuwen who I had spoken to before. Did all the paperwork, was told I was supposed to pay a deposit of 10% and my TV would be delivered the following day after the accounts department had approved It. I paid the deposit they had requested. The following day expecting to get my TV as agreed, went to the shop to finalize delivery arrangements but consulatant was not available. Later got a call after I called and asked to be called. Only to be told I had to pay an additional 20% of which was not the initial agreement, Reason I was given was because I'm a foreigner. Of which they were well aware when they did the paperwork, making a copy of my passport and my valid work permit. After the consutant tried to argued with me on this he dropped the phone on me, tried to call to speak to the manager and was told I would get a call and up until now no one get back to me. I call and I'm told my manager will call you and its not happening. We made an agreement now they want to turn around and breach our agreement. On the premise I'm a foreigner even though I have valid papers and permanently employed.
