Breach of agreement
We have been living at Meredale Mews for a year now, when we moved sent an email through to Melanie off all the things that were broken which was never fixed till date considering that it was not major stuff we let it go. Our apartment got sold and Melanie advised that the last date that we need to stay is the end of January. on the 25th of January we were still looking for an apartment and called massive properties and spoke to Patrick who had taken over from Melanie who advised that on his records we are meant to move end of February which we were glad about as we hadn't found alternative accommodation. On the 08th January 18:30pm came with the new owners of the apartment and advised that we need to move as Patrick made a mistake and we need to move ASAP as the new owners are there. They have provided us with alternative accommodation at the same unit but have to move within 48 hours.... Called Patrick and asked what was happening and he didn't apologize all he said was he couldn't recall our conversation and that we have to move. This is time off work that we need to take as well as getting people to assist with moving during the week.
