I have a cliam that Francisca is handling and all the documents were submitted to her in Dec 2013 and to date she Never responds to my email and when i call her she always says i'll call you back now now with feedback and she never does. The complex where i stay damaged my car seriously and i feel that she is delaying the whole claims process. she has no custormer service skills at all, Since Dec i do not know what is happening with my cliam. Is this a reflection of how the company works? Even today i sent her an email advising her that if i do not get feedback i will lay a complaint but nothing no response at all. My claim is for damagers for the Riverside Estate in Glenmore Durban.
