I have been reporting a faulty door with the sales agent who sold me the house at Cosmo city from 2012 until today and no one has bothered to attend to my complaint. I first called Thulani Dhlamini who used to work for RBA in the area to make him aware of the problem and he seems not to be interested because they have my money in their account now and couldn't't care less about my problem.
The front door of my must be the cheapest door you can ever buy anywhere. When it rains in it's direction, water comes through the weak wood and fills my entire dinning room. I always have to wipe out the water using towels which are meant for bathing. If there's no one at the residence then one can only imagine the damage that would be done especially if the rain water had to reach the electric plugs.
