Hello My Vernessa, I have been in communication with this property place for 2 months to be exact, I emailed for a place to rent and the service i Received was rather disappointing, On the 20th of December i spoke to two ladies namely Nelly and Margarete about a unit in Molware were they are also handling. they both said to me that the unit was available and i can occupy it. The time of agreement was 15:30 pm and I asked what time they are closing so i could pay before they closed, they said to me that they closed @ 16:00 & not to worry they'll only open again on the 30th of Dec so by then i would have been able to pay the Unit 83 & secured it with a deposit. they told me that its on my application. they assured me that no one will take it. later that night of the 20th I then deposited R5000 which was half of the the rent, deposit & admin fee which i have prove of payment for, on the 30th i payed the other half, she then said i must come sign the Lease on the 31st, only to find out they've given someone else my flat, they've put me i very disgusting flat which was nothing they've promised & way smaller than expected. I sent out notice for the current place due to move on the 4th.
