Sad and poor customer service, Continiously

Since we had rented from Only Rentals Moreleta Park in PTA East, the service has been appalling! We mail and call and we get very late responses, repairs to the house we had to report took them 4 months to respond too, a jacuzzi which was a problem with the previous tenants was still after almost 1 year not taken out as promised by rental company and the owner, and it stinks and attracts diseases and many insects, a leaking roof after 2 weeks is still not fixed and it leaked into the house. I had to take of a half day of work to do a house inspection driving 44 km's, Craig forgot about it and said sorry, I pointed out that i lost a half day of my leave, and I was told sorry, we wont compensate you, They are also knowgly still dealing with this owner bringing tenants after I told them but the client is selling. They are very poor in communicating if ever, always busy and the level of service is so so bad, I wonder how they are still i n business. I even reported this to their Head office Director Grant Smee, but I guess this is how it goes. Just trust me when I say they are not what they say. But this is my opinion. Sad sad service. Be careful in considering their services!!
