Shocking service received from Remax Master Rentals. This lady can't even spell the name of the company she works for. Lack of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism typical qualities that these people have no clue where they come from. Amended contracts by their clients, failure to supply documentation when requested such as copies of your contract, required maintenance that just gets put a blind eye on, accounts with duplicated items, etc, etc just pathetic service. I don't recommend Remax Rentals to anybody that pays for service that is non existent.
