Moved in inspection was done by helen, who promised the stuff would be fixed, 7 days later we send our list of all the things. It started to pour in our living room, water was coming through the tiles in the kitchen, we take a shower the whole corridor is wet, then the earth leakage was not connected to the DB board, what a joke, the rain was pouring through light casings in the roof, got a electrician to do a COC for our peace of mind, people doing quotations for our peace of mind, 3 months later no COC and most of the stuff we fixed it. Apparently we made the roof leak and cause water problems on the 2nd floor. We said we want to move after three months, because its trouble, we cant because the owner doesnt want us to. according to the contract and the letter I just received we as the tenants have no rights what so ever. The owners took the deposit for renovations on the property, and now we cant hold the rent to make up the deposit, and we should wait 20 days before we get that deposit. nice ne lekker, . this is the worst experience of my life.
