Poor Service By Chorus Letting

I started by calling them only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to send an e-mail around 09:00 am and they replied at around 4:00 pm. They told me that the apartments I am interested in are already taken but when I visit their website the apartments are still on show... WHY? For the past month I've been running after them... I'm so dissapointed.
