POOR SERVICE BY RBA HOUSING/HOMES

Last year I complained to RBA about the leaks that were coming from the bathroom and the washing machine pipes. It took them about two months to attend to that whereby only the leak at the washing machine was sorted out till today but as for the bathroom it looks worse than last year. I asked for their e-mail address on their facebook page and I was given [Email Removed] then I sent them all the photos of the damage. six days after when I enquire on the facebook page lady called Philencia said that e-mail was wrong the correct one is [Email Removed] I resend them again and also to her personal e-mail which is [Email Removed] Yesterday 17 January she called and claimed that she has not received both e-mails but since I was at home she will sent some guys from their office to come and inspect and take pictures. I'm still waiting, this is unacceptable given the fact that is not an RDP house but a bond.
