Richard Claassens, trading under the name of R Tech, Plot 34, Rd No. 5, Tarton, took my SpeedQueen washing machine for repair n December 2012 and with a deposit of R1600.00 has subsequently vanished with my deposit and washing machine. I was originally promised delivery on the 1st February 2013 and have heard nothing to date. The last telephone call I had with Richard (from a number that was not related to my case) was on the 13th Feb. He claimed that he was having car problems but that I would have my repaired washing machine before Friday 15th February. Follow-up calls to his mobile 082 419 4401 are subsequently unanswered as are emails to the following addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] A case of has been opened & is being investigated.
