Ive been in this place since January this year i still haven't received my extra gate remote we keep on asking for it but every time some different give us a different excuse what the it took you people over 3 months to come and fix the faulty stove switch a month later still nothing no phone call no emails when we send you emails we get no response. They changed our electricity from pre paid to normal electricity without informing us and you knowing about the faulty switch. The first of November come and we are expecting the electricity bill nothing come a week later we email you several times how PATHETIC are you people why must we keep on trying to get hold of you about the bill how do you run a business you clearly don't care about your customers And now yesterday the 14 THE BLADDY 14 NOVEMBER then you send the bill NOT on the second but on the 14 what the is your problem and on the bill its says that any late payments after the 7 will have to pay a fine I AM NOT PAYING ANY FINE A MATTER OF FACT I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL SOME ONE CONTACTS ME ABOUT THIS!!!
