I hired Key Moves to move me to a new dwelling, their supervisor stood and spoke to my fiance the whole time didnt watch his boys at all, he laughed when we pointed out his one man was drunk. They, scratched and broke my glasswear. The supervisor still had the cheek to ask for extra as they had moved me in a faster time so not only did i part with R2 000 for this move but a further R400 that went into his pocket. I contacted them and they have this attitude oh well, they dont care at all about the fact that i am unhappy about their service or deserve some kind of refund for this. It is totally disgusting. Perhaps business like this should realise that word of mouth goes a long way to either making or breaking a business it can do alot of damage.
