On Saturday 17th August i made use of the services of Key Moves, and at the time thought gee the service is great because the move went so quickly. However, the supervisor stood inside and had a conversation with my boyfriend and did not oversee his staff, one of their staff was smelling of Alchohol and he found it amusing when we made note of it. They broke my glassware, chipped my furniture and dont seem to be too worried that i am an unhappy customer. This move cost me over R2 050 and i still gave the supervisor and extra R400 not realising until i started looking through my stuff what was broken. I brought it to their attention and nothing... they dont give a!
