While there is an overarching issue with Townhouse complexes and electricity in Bloemfontein, National Real Estate's constant bad service has simple aggravated a frustrating issue.
In all my queries they have been slow to respond and when they do, it is usually of poor quality with little help. Their overall attitude is poor and it is simply amazing that they are allowed to manage so many townhouse complexes.
Some basic investigation has indicated irregularities and upon questioning, no effort was made to further clarify irregularities.
Horrible service.
