The poor quality and lack of quality control at their construction sites in Greenstone Hill is shocking! Some of the sectional title homes of town house complexes have severe building defects. There was little to no damp proofing done on the complexes and some foundations of units have cracks running along the floor in the middle of the room.
Various electrical, plumbing, and construction short cuts were taken including mixing the paint with water for painting the interiors of units. The rising damp In the area is to be expected but the amount of consideration for this when building the complexes had apparently escaped their "building plans".
Their response from numerous calls have either been ignored or if you do manage to get through to one of their managers, Richard, he is extremely rude, abrupt, and even resorts to bad language after insulting you for your stupidity to purchasing in that complex.
