Three weeks ago I listed my property on [URL Removed] A few days later I followed up as to why it wasn't active. I was told that I need to send photo's and proof of ownership. I emailed photos and letter from lawyer when I bought the property. A further follow up, I was asked for the same information again. I forwarded both emails. Next day I followed up and they said they received the pictures only. I once again forwarded the letter. A couple days later I followed up with a call, and they indicated that the letter wasn't good enough. I then spent R100 finding the title deeds on windeed - and emailed that to them. They said they had the info now and would list the property. A few days later, it was till not active. I sent an email to Zara - no reply. Today I see the property is still inactive. A complete waste of time. The site is probably a good idea, the people running it are useless.
