On the 29th of August 2013 I received, by email, a warning that I had been violating the terms of my contract due to a noise complaint from the "owner and teanants" [sic]. After replying a couple of hours after the email was received, and sending a second mail to another agent at the same company regarding the problem, I had to wait until Monday the 2nd of September to give time for a response. Monday morning at 11:00 after receiving no response I had to send yet another mail regarding the warning.
As the warning was serious enough to threaten eviction, the lack of feedback is seriously unprofessional.
