Blue property manages our property and has been communicating false account payments to Eskom on our monthly statements - deducting the money off our rental income, and also claiming the usage amount from our tenant. We have been trying to resolve this matter with Blue Prop since November 2012, however, they do not cooperate or take any accountability. Initially we believed it was genuine errors but now think it was a conscious attempts of as they do not provide any answers that make sense, the owner became very aggressive-insulting and condescending when confronted in December and subsequently just ignores or claims to "reconciling" the account with no feedback. They then bombard us with Eskom statements and customer statement which do not reconcile. Eg - In March 2013 R1635.81 was paid by the Tenant, and this was also the same amount deducted from our account per the Blueprop statement, however, only R659.19 actually made it to Eskom there are a number of irregularities... Extremely dissatisfied and appalled with the dishonesty, and bad customer management! I urge other customers to check their statements in great detail.
